General Manager UK IT Sales - to £75 base OTE £150-200
General Manager to head new UK IT Sales operation - ideal for self-motivated ambitious leader with around 8 years sales experience. You will be a dynamic sales person first and foremost with a track record to back this up. Show your Performance and Demonstrate your Entrepreneurial Skills in your CV! Required background: An understanding of IBM`s eServer or Software businesses, and its Business Partner Channel, or similar relevant experience. Experience in recruiting, managing and motivating staff along with the appropriate interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver the sales. In return, you will be there at the start to build a team you can lead, and receive a salary based on experience - up to £75k and the opportunity to make substantial commissions as you lead and motivate a sales team.
